| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiencies Corrected DETAILS: Phillip informed me that all significant deficiencies from the WSS on 10/29/13 have been corrected1. Electrical conduit for well #2 was installed on 1-14-142. Hatch on top of reservoir was secured with a chain and lock on 2-19-143. Plan review for chlorination equipment was completed on 1-13-144. Plan review for well #2 was completed on 9-29-1992. Recognition of this was acknowledged on 1-13-14. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
