Details:	I have approved the City's updated schedule to complete the master plan by December 31, 2021. The completion of plan was delayed from the December 30, 2020 date in the current bi-lateral compliance agreement between the City and DWS, due to City priorities and City staff out due to Covid protocols in 2020. While the full master plan is to be complete by the end of December 2021, a stand alone analysis of purchased Bull Run supply and treatment, including a selected option and schedule for providing treatment of this source for cryptosporidium, is to be provided to DWS by June 30, 2021. City and DWS have discussed that the subsequent dates in the agreement for construction and completion of the treatment for crypto will be met on schedule.
