| Details: | I was informed and requested to record the proposed plans to NW Aluminums system modifications. Near future NW Aluminum will request that OHA inactivate the water system. Water users are being connected to the municipal water system. The power will be disconnected to the system and it will physically be shut-down and piping drained. Decommission outdated water system components. This includes two of the production wells (Wells #1 and #4), the water tower, and a large portion of the distribution system piping and electrical infrastructure. Drill replacement well for Well #3. Install new system components for Well #3. Reactivate the water system with the State and complete required water quality testing. Decommission Well #3. Replacement wells for Well #1 and Well #4 will be drilled and connected to a different system. |
