| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from the routine sample collected 4/9/14. The sample had a chlorine residual of 0.06 mg/l. Spoke with Dick, reviewed requirement for four repeat samples from the distribution, plus one triggered source sample from well #4, which was the only well in operation at the time. ACTION NEEDED: Dick to collect repeat and source samples. Further action to be based on those results. | ||
