| Details: | SUMMARY: Residual maintenance DETAILS: During the survey we discussed plan review. Final plan review for 4-log was given but there were no details as to how the system meets 4-log. I asked Jay for clarification. The system only has a TC issues. Karen K. and Jay M. discussed and the system does not have to do 4-log but a minimum was set of 1 ppm with the current tank and pipes. Jay is sending another letter to the system to clarify. 4/16/14 I informed Scott that he does not need to turn in the daily log of monitoring after all but that they should keep the residual at least at 1 ppm or add additional piping or tanks).
