| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: David Burch requested assistance to help with the water plant find a DRC that they could use until he became certified to operate and sign the monthly reports himself. Midland needs help with the water system in many aspects since the passing of their longtime water system operator. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reached out via phone and emails to many sources in an attempt to find a suitable DRC for Midland. Unfortunately, the circuit rider was unable to find a suitable DRC willing to assist the system. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider will continue to passively look for a DRC for Midland.
