| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: TWCA had requested help in the possibility of finding a better option for the land procurement portion of the proposed water plant project. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider worked with OHA and Business Oregon in an attempt to find a more reasonable purchase price for the county owned parcel that TCWA is looking to purchase. We were unable to reach an immediate agreement on a lower cost for the parcel. Future negotiations may prove otherwise. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Circuit Rider can assist further if needed. |
