| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine positive total coliform DETAILS: Pat reported that a routine sample collected from 2275 Manzanita on Monday 5/19 was positive for total coliform. Three repeats samples were collected on Tuesday 5/20 (upstream, downstream, and original site), as well as six triggered source water samples from the wells that were running at the time (Willamette Manor, Keizer Station, Delta, Carlhaven West, Carlhaven East, & Lacey Ct.) Pat didnt have a theory on a possible cause for the positive (no unusual activity occurring). He noted that this same site had a positive about this same time of year, a year ago. ACTION NEEDED: Results from all repeats and triggered source water samples were absent for coliform. No further action needed at this time. | ||
