| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey follow up DETAILS: System has installed screening on the well head vent. They have also repaired a section of heavily corroded pipe in the pump room where the chlorine is injected into the system. I performed a field visit & took pictures. This resolves all significant deficiencies from the 11-13-13 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
