| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine positive total coliform DETAILS: Pat reported Tuesday 7/1 that a routine sample collected on Monday 6/30 from 998 Ventura was positive for total coliform (negative for E. coli). Three repeats samples were collected on Wednesday 7/2 (upstream, downstream, and original site), as well as ten triggered source water samples from the wells that were running at the time (Carlhaven West, Carlhaven East, City Hall, 17th Ave, Lacey Ct, Cherry Ave, Willamette, Keizer Station, Reitz, & Delta). Pat didnt indicate a possible cause for the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Results from all repeats and triggered source water samples were absent for coliform. No further action needed at this time. | ||
