| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 of 6 samples were E. coli - Boil Water Issued DETAILS: Alert ID COLI13014 - 4 out 6 samples collected on 7/11/14 were positive for E. coli. The system was not notified by the lab until Monday morning. A boil water notice was sent to the system and posted immediately. The system already serves bottled water. Kevin had a question regarding the hand washing stations. Bill found OSHA information that was forwarded onto Kevin to present to management. It is the systems decision on the handwashing stations. A well evaluation request was sent to Tom Pattee for review. The review was returned on 7/15/14. The system will have 2 choices - reconstruct or find an alternate source. ACTION NEEDED: Boil Water notice was posted and as copy sent to DWS on 7/14/14. System already uses bottled water. A formal letter from DWS will be sent by 7/18/14 outlining the findings of the well evaluation. System to remain on boil water notice until further notice. | ||
