| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up contact with operator DETAILS: No obvious reason for the routine positive. 5 Repeats were taken on 7-30-14. ACTION NEEDED: The system just had service work on the pump and the operator on site said that he had to prime the chlorine pump a few times so there may be an issue with a vacuum leak. I asked Denise to have the person on site to check the chlorine residual often to assure the pump is working. | ||
