| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample taken 10/15/2014 was positive for total coliform bacteria. DETAILS: Talked to Lisa. The routine coliform bacteria sample taken 10/15 was positive for total coliform. Last week she took 4 repeat samples and 1 sample from the well head. The samples did not arrive at the lab within 30 hours. She is taking the samples again today. Then she will take 5 routines in November 2014. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
