| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies are almost all completed. DETAILS: Talked to Lisa about the significant defiencies on the Water System Survey 2013.Corrected Deficiencies:Well sanitary seal and casing has been redone.A raw water sample tap has been installed.There is an ordinance /enabling authority and the annual reports have been received.They have a coliform sampling plan.The sampling that is now current: coliform bacteria, nitrates,arsenic, IOC,SOC,VOC, radionuclides, DBP, lead and copper, source water coliform. ACTION NEEDED: The only significant deficiency not done is the annual CCR.The consumer confidence report has not been received by the state.
