| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/15/14 DETAILS: Contacted the water system operator to let him know about the system total coliform. He indicated that he knew about the detection & had scheduled the repeat samples. I reminded him that they would need to do a public notice if any of the follow up samples are positive for coliform. He remembered that 5 temp routine samples are needed next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed. | ||
