| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 8/26/14 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He knew about the sample & had contacted the lab to set up follow up samples. He said he would sample at the well head & 3 repeats in the distribution system. He also indicated that he is having some health issues & was just out of the hospital. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
