| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: Pat notified OHA-DWS on Tuesday 11/4/14 that a routine sample collected Monday 11/3/14 from 7645 O’Neil Rd NE came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected Wednesday 11/5/14, as well as triggered raw source samples from all wells in operation at the time (Carlhaven West, Willamette, Keizer Station, Carlhaven East, and Delta). He did not indicate a possible cause for the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Will wait for results of repeat samples (available Thursday 11/6/14) and respond accordingly. Update 11/6/14: Pat notified the department that all repeats and triggered samples were negative. | ||
