| Details: | I contacted Corinne via email informing her of the treatment technique violation for not maintaining minimum free chlorine residuals in the system. I emailed her a Tier 2 public notice template, instructed her to post it ASAP and leave it posted for 7 days. On 07.26.18 Corinne emailed me back the final version of the public notice that was posted on this same day. A copy of the public notice was sent to DWS. | ||
