| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for RP Source Ecoli Positive DETAILS: Phils son Dusty answered the phone, I told him they need to take 5 confirmation samples from the well, all of there distribution samples came back absent. To safe guard they need to up there chlorine to 0.3 ppm in the distribution to achieve 4 log disinfection (this is based off the CT calculation in the file from 2011). Dusty will have Phil call me to let me know he received my message. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 confirmation samples from the well, increase chlorine residual to 0.3 ppm to achieve 4 log disinfection as a precaution. | ||
