| Details: | SUMMARY: Question on Public Notice required for DBP violations DETAILS: Lynn called to make sure she was on the right track with the Tier 2 notice required for the 3rd quarter DBP violations. It was not until she received a violation postcard recently that she understood she needed to post such a notice. I also found in a previous contact report that Jay had recommended a tracer study as the next step in determining how to remedy their DBP issues. We discussed calling on the circuit rider HBH Engineering to conduct that study. ACTION NEEDED: Lynn will send Jay the draft Public Notice to review. Lynn will also check with Jim Lea to see whether HBH has been contacted/scheduled to do the tracer study there. I sent Lynn a follow-up email with the HBH contact information. | ||
