| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: Pat notified OHA-DWS on Wednesday 11/19/14 that a routine sample collected Monday 11/17/14 from 7645 O’Neil Rd NE came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Note: this is the same site that was positive on 11/3/14. Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected Wednesday 11/19/14, as well as triggered raw source samples from all wells in operation at the time (Delta, Keizer Station, Carlhaven East, Carlhaven West, Willamette). He suspects that tall grass around the sample station could be contaminating the sample. ACTION NEEDED: Will wait for results of repeat samples (available Thursday 11/20/14) and respond accordingly. | ||
