| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat +TC at same site as routine +TC DETAILS: Pat reported Thursday 11/20 that the repeat collected 11/19 from the original positive site 7645 O’Neil Rd NE was again positive for total coliform (absent E. coli). All other repeats and triggered well samples, as well as 10 other routine samples taken on the same day, were absent. The rules allow and the system requested invalidation of the samples because only the same site was positive and no other samples were, indicating a problem with the actual sampling location. Pat said they will take the sample station offline and work on cleaning the area around the station up as well as the sample station itself. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to take another routine sample sometime before the end of the month to make up for the invalidated sample. UPDATE: invalidation request approved 12/11/14. | ||
