| Details: | SUMMARY: ALL WSS Deficiencies Corrected DETAILS: WSS done on 11/5/14 found one significant deficiency: one of the wellhead seals was not water tight. Bob contacted me on 12/1/14 and provided a photo of the wellhead showing the correction. All deficiencies have now been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
