| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussion about repair of the Iron Filtration system and resident complaints regarding turbid water. DETAILS: I had an e-mail and phone conversation with Kristen and Dave regarding the status of repairs to the filtration system. There have been approximately six resident complaints over the last six months regarding iron in the water. A contractor on has been site addressing the repairs. They are awaiting a specialty back- flow part that is produced in China. They have offered to install filters at homes with iron issues at their expense. ACTION NEEDED: Stay in contact with the operators to insure that the filtration system is repaired and functional. | ||
