| Details: | SUMMARY: Distribution System Leakage DETAILS: The LA Water Co-op is a rural water system in western Washington County. The system purchases water from the City of Hillsboro (Cherry Grove plant). The system has an extensive distribution system which serves 728 connections and an estimated population of 2100. The Circuit Rider was contacted by board member Delinda Morgan in regard to a perceived high leakage level in the distribution system. Discussed methods for locating leaks in distribution systems. Also discussed requirements for Operations and Maintenance Manuals. ACTION NEEDED: Assist CWS with review of O&M Manual. | ||
