Details: SUMMARY: Follow- up with operator to remind them of necessary testing. DETAILS: Operation failed to take a raw triggered sample when they had a positive distribution sample. I asked Denise to pull a raw sample prior to chlorination and to make sure the system took their yearly Nitrate that was still not done in 2014. ACTION NEEDED: none
