Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for two positive total coliform results from routine samples collected on 1/14/15. Spoke with Lucas. Advised him that there was an MCL violation for the month of January and that a triggered source sample from well 4 needed to be collected, along with five routine samples for February. Public notice will be required. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect triggered source sample from well 4, five routine samples in February.
