| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Plan Review and Sampling Requirements for New Well DETAILS: Spoke with Craig. Discussed plan review requirements for the new well that was drilled in November. Sent invoice for the plan review fee. Hauled water is still being provided to the employees at present. Advised that nitrate and coliform bacteria samples need to be collected from the new well as soon as possible if they have not been done already, and the results submitted to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect bacteria and nitrate samples. Further actions and sample collection requirements to be determined as part of the plan review. | ||
