Left message for Louis to call me because Jeff believes this is an assessment sample and it was coded wrong as RT. DETAILS: Louis confirmed that sample was supposed to be assessment. I advised to mark properly when form is submitted. Sample was taken at the new raw water sample tap near the spring. ACTION NEEDED: Call DWP to rename sample as assessment | ||
