| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to OERS #2015-0500 DETAILS: I notified Tom of OERS spill report # 2015-0500 at 320 pm on 3/5. PH Duty officer notified DWS that approximately 240,000 gallons of raw sewage from the City of Dayton spilled into the Yamhill River just up from the confluence of the Willametter River and the Citys intake due to a pump failure at a lift station. ACTION NEEDED: No specific action at this time. DWS to provide support as necessary. | ||
