| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample taken 2/18/2015 was positive for total coliform bacteria. DETAILS: 2/21/2015 Called Lisa and left message. The routine coliform bacteria sample taken February 18, 2015 was positive for total coliform. She will take 4 repeat samples and 1 sample from the well head ASAP-- and if any repeat samples are positive for coliform bacteria, she will put out public notice. In any event 5 routine samples will be taken in March 2015. ACTION NEEDED: The samples from the wellhead and 4 repeat sites were negative. Lisa will take 5 routine samples in March 2015. | ||
