| Details: | 03.08.21 - After several calls last week and today, I was able to contact Ms. Clifton to discuss the recent OEL exceedance. Next steps for the water system: 1. Post a Tier 2 advisory for exceeding MCL for trihalomethanes (TTHM) or haloacetic acids (HAA5). I provided via email a copy of a Tier 2 template and a link with instructions on how to access the template online. 2. Each time there is an OEL exceedance the water system will have to complete an operational evaluation report. The purpose of this report is to determine the cause of the exceedance. Ms. Clifton was instructed to: -Complete the operational evaluation report form attached to this email. -Submit the report to dwp.dmce@dhsoha.state.or.us with a copy to kent.o.downs@dhsoha.state.or.us The system should keep a copy of the operational evaluation report and make it available to the public upon request. Prior to this OEL exceedance, there was an operational evaluation report submitted back in 03.12.2019 as part of the requirement of an Administrative Order. |
