| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert on Temp Routine DETAILS: Phillip contacted me to report the detection on one of the 5 temp routines for May. The original site was positive again (storage tank). He is going to take 4 more repeat samples and a triggered sample from the well in use at the time. I reminded him to take 5 more temp routines in June. He also is going to shock chlorinate the system. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat/triggered samples. | ||
