| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: Pat notified OHA-DWS today that a routine sample collected Monday 6/1/15 from 1390 Rafael Ave N came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected today, as well as triggered raw source samples from all 5 wells in operation at the time (Carlhaven West, Willamette, Cherry, 17th, Delta). He did not indicate a possible cause for the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Will wait for results of repeat samples (available Thursday 6/4/15) and respond accordingly. UPDATE: On 6/4/15 Keizer notified us that all repeats and triggered source samples were absent. No further action required at this time. | ||
