| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert DETAILS: Firm had a nitrate sample over the MCL. Firm had postings at sinks for employees both in Spanish and English. The firm also provided bottled water to employees. ACTION NEEDED: Firm agreed to take a confirmation sample this week. If the confirmation and initial sample average over the MCL the firm will need to treat the system. The firm will need to move to quarterly nitrate testing. | ||
