| Details: | SUMMARY: nitrate result over MCL limit DETAILS: Mel was contacted after the Nitrate level of 12 mg/l sample result was received. The system has a RO unit installed in the break room. When the system was called, we were told the RO unit had been replaced. DWS was not notified of this change and system specs were submitted to DWS that day. System is still troubleshooting. A draft public notice was sent to the system to be posted within 24 hours. ACTION NEEDED: Additional plan review requirements may need to be performed. DWS to contact the system if this is so. A copy of the posted public notice is to be sent to DWS. | ||
