| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Mel. The pre-filters for the reverse osmosis were changed out, and a confirmation sample was collected on 6/12/15. The result of the confirmation sample was 5.4 mg/l. Discussed the need for the new reverse osmosis unit to go through plan review. The manual for the unit has been received. Sent an invoice for the review fee. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review needs to be completed for the reverse osmosis treatment. | ||
