| Details: | SUMMARY: PLC Recommendations DETAILS: The City of Willamina has a surface water treatment plant which treats water from Willamina Creek. The plant was constructed in 1998. The plant has a pair packaged treatment units with upflow clarifiers followed by rapid mixed media gravity filters. The City provides water to 1800 customers through 680 connections. Circuit Rider was contacted by Justin Riggs to discuss PLC programming issues at the water treatment plant. Discussed PLC operations and issues.
