| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up with operator , routine tests detected both TC and e. coli. DETAILS: Operator stated that the sample was pulled from a spigot that had a hose attached to it-- the hose was removed prior to the sample but their could have been some contamination from the fittings and water swirl. ACTION NEEDED: Non-chlorinated source so only 3 repeats and one raw -source sample is needed. Operator to take sample on 7-8-15. | ||
