| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform DETAILS: The operator called to discuss the follow up samples for the system. The reservoir has been drained down to within 2+ feet of empty. Operator is getting chlorine readings well above 3.5ppm ( using borrowed test kit from City of Condon). He will start to add water to the tank to help dilute the chlorine residual and follow up testing will take place after levels return to zero. ACTION NEEDED: Take at least 2 samples in distribution when water has no residual chlorine. NCPHD to send information on Circuit Rider so if the operator decides to chlorinate he will have o consultation on how to set up the system and Plan Review will be necessary and HBH can help with that process. | ||
