| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review Inspection of Repaired Well and VOC Detection Follow-Up DETAILS: Met with Kerri Deal with IRZ Consulting and Sean Curren on site. Inspected the repaired well. Discussed VOC detections for tetrachloroethylene and toluene. These could havepossibly been introduced during the well repair. Quarterly VOC sampling will be required, and the results reviewed to determine if sampling can be reduced. ACTION NEEDED: System to install flow meter, screened vent on well casing, and heat and lighting in well building. System to begin quarterly monitoring for VOCs. | ||
