| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for July DETAILS: System collected 9 coliform bacteria samples in July and all 9 were positive for total coliform. System to collect additional samples in August. System is also to distribute a public notice. The system has regular issues with total coliform detections. The system also injects a large amount of chlorine due to the high demand of the water chemistry. A solution has not been found yet to address this issue. ACTION NEEDED: The system collected 5 routine samples on 8/5/15. Triggered source sample(s) will be collected on 8/12/15. A public notice will need to be distributed in August and a copy is to be sent to DWS. | ||
