I left a message on both persons phones about need to f/u immediately with 5 confirmation samples at the source. Also left message with Jeff that I will be sending a Tier 1 Non-Boil Notice. As soon as DWP locates it and emails it to me DETAILS: Same as above ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 confirmation coliform samples at source within 24 hours of notification of positive. Post/distribute Tier 1 Non-Boil notice. Send copy of notice to State DWP | ||
