| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke with Louis about the 5 confirmation samples - one was positive DETAILS: Louis reported one positive for E. coli on recent batch of 5 repeats. I inquired as to if he had received the public notice template. He has is and will fill it out per situation. Water is safe to drink as it is currently under 4-log disinfection for viruses. Louis believes the sample tap may be getting contaminated. He is going to place a plug on the tap to prevent any insect entry. ACTION NEEDED: Post/deliver public notice. Send copy of public notice to state, add plug to sample tap. Also will change contact to Louis instead of Jeff Miller. Continue daily monitoring for chlorine residual to meet or exceed minimum. | ||
