| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP PN and Corrective Actions plus LCR demo sampling DETAILS: Sandys HAA5 results exceeded LRAA (locational running annual average). Mike will distribute a Tier 2 Public Notice as required. As far as corrective action, Sandy took one storage tank offline to reduce residence times. Since Junes results were below MCLs, it is possible Sandy will come into DBP compliance after a quarter or two. Sandy is currently sampling their final demonstration lead and copper round. Sampling will reduce to annually if 2015 results are below the action level. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute this quarters PN before Oct. 25th, and likely next quarters PN (unless Septembers HAA5 result is below 0.0155 mg/L). |
