| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for a TC positive result from one of four repeat samples collected on 9/28/15. Spoke with Traci. Advised her that a new public notice is required due to the MCL violation, and that five routine samples will be due in October. Traci noted that the TC positive sample was collected at the lunch room sink that had a faucet that blends the hot and cold water, which may account for the result. ACTION NEEDED: System to post new public notice, send dated copy to DWS, collect five routine samples in October. | ||
