| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9-15-15 DETAILS: I called & left a message for the operator to let her know about the total coliform positive sample. I let her know that she needs a source sample at the well head & 3 repeats in the distribution. I also let her know that I needed to get updated contact information from her since she is now the contact/mgr of the park. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & obtain contact information. | ||
