| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 9-22-15 DETAILS: Operator called about the total coliform positive samples. I let her know that a public notice will be needed. I let her know that the system will need to be disinfected. She said that she had contacted a company to come out & take a look at the system. I also scheduled a survey on this date. Ill provide the public notice template when Im out for the survey. I reminded her to take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Provide public notice template. Monitor follow up samples. | ||
