Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted Louis to discuss violations on water system. DETAILS: Monitoring was not done in 2014 on Tetrachloroethylene (annual sample needed), Quarterly Routing coliform samples have not been done for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2015, also noted that Nitrate is still due for 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Take Tetrachloroethylene sample, nitrate sample, and routine 4th quarter coliform sample before the end of 2015. Advise not waiting until the end of December as back-ups at the lab could delay reporting and result in more violations for late reporting.
