| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample 10/11/2015 - Total Coliform Positive, Temporary Routine 11/16/2015 (TC+) and Repeats for 11/9/2015 (TC+) DETAILS: Sampling got a little strange for this system. Despite needing to take 5 temporary routine samples following the 10/11/2015 sample positive, a single sample was taken on 11/9/2015 and also came back positive. In response to this, 4 repeat samples were taken on 11/16/2015. It appears that the originally required 5 temporary routine in response to the 10/11/2015 samples were also taken on 11/16/2015, for a total of 11 samples this month. 3 of these November water samples came back positive for total coliform. One positive came from each set of samples (Single, temp routine, repeats). ACTION NEEDED: Tier 2 public notice regarding confirmed total coliform in the system required to be delivered to customers within 30 days, and 5 temporary routine samples required in December. | ||
